Admissions

The school’s current admissions policy for pupils, including those with disabilities, is operated by the Shropshire Local Authority (LA), which is the Admissions Authority for all Community and Controlled Schools within Shropshire.

Mid-term admissions:

​

If your child would like a place at Martin WIlson Primary School you will need to contact the school office on  01743 236520 to check if there is a space in the required year group. A mid term transfer form will then need to be completed and handed into the school office. We will then submit this information to the Local Authority and confirm acceptance of this place. If you require any further information please contact our Administrator on the number above.

Places are offered on a first come first served basis, all mid term applications will be reviewed at the end of each week on a Friday.

If a year group is full you can be put on our waiting list. Applicants will be placed on the list in order of application. Applicants will be contacted as soon as a place becomes available.

 

All admission appeals are organised by Shropshire Council Admissions department.
